I have the Fiskars sharpener and have also used the chip bag method. The later was a happy accident. You can find the Fiskars sharpener at a fabric store or craft store with the scissors display. If your scissors are for cutting hair or are super expensive, contact their respective companies as they may do this free or for a small fee.
